Mr. Ye has worked extensively with matters in IP, Business Law, Tax, Accounting, Audit and Finance. Based in Washington, DC, Mr. Ye has more than 15 years of professional experience. For the last 5 years, he has focused primarily on business law. These topics involved complex economic and financial matters in disputes and matters involving IP, taxation, financial reporting, internal investigations, securities derivative and M&A. Mr. Ye holds a JD from the University of Baltimore, a LLM in Tax from Georgetown University, a MBA, a MS Finance and a BS from the University of Maryland. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
